Extrajudicial Resolution/Consumer Dispute Resolution

In disputes between an attorney and his client  there is the opportunity of an extrajudicial resolution  at the regional Bar Association ( § 73 II Nr. 3  and § 73 V BRAO) or at the arbitration board of the national chamber of lawyers (homepage  www.brak.de).  We are willing within the meaning of § 36 VSBG to take part in an extrajudicial resolution at the arbitration board.
